    I love Pam Grier, and grew up seeing her early films like "Big Bird Cage" either at a drive-in [[yes, a drive-in) or the Fox Theatre in downtown Detroit. But she didn't always have the acting chops she does now. In a review of one of her early films, one critic wrote "Pam Grier was a former receptionist at American International Films when she was put under contract by Roger Corman. Unfortunately, her acting ability hasn't passed the 'Mr. Corman will see you now' stage." Cutting, but funny.

    I hope her many fans don't take offense!

    Pam Grier has always been a favorite of many. Bless her just for being who she is...
