Drew Struzan is a wonderful artist. There are a couple of documentaries about him. His stuff for Lakeside was incredible [[as is a lot of his movie posters). Good pick, NY63.

The marriage between George Clinton and Overton Lloyd was a match made in twisted genius heaven. I'm probably in a minority here, but Lloyd's Parliament covers [[and sleeve comics) used to be part of the fun of buying a Parliament album. Opening Gloryhallastoopid and seeing the comic on the inside was as enjoyable as listening to the record. The beauty of his art was that it seemed simplistic but it was remarkably rendered with detail that you would miss if you didn't look closely.

I LOVED those covers! I even still have the posters that came with a few of them.
