Elgins - VIP 25037 vs. VIP 25065 - Are they totally identical?

As many Elgins fans know, the following 45 was issued in both 1965 and 1971.

Heaven Must Have Sent You b/w Stay In My Lonely Arms

In 1965 it was released on VIP 25037 and in 1971 because of renewed interest in the UK, it was released on VIP 25065.

I have only ever seen VIP 25065 in a DJ copy for sale in the US.

Question: Are these totally identical or are there any variations in the two?

It is RARE that Motown released the similar song 6 years apart with two different record numbers on the same label. Does anyone know of any other re-releases similar to this?

It appears to be different to me - vibes are right out front on the `71 and the vocal sounds different. There are at least 2 other takes both stereo one at 2.56. the album version and an alt. at 3.09.
