Mary Wilson and "A Bad Case of Lovin' You!"

Mary Wilson rocks with her version of Robert Palmers' "Bad Case of Lovin' You" in this clip. She's looking and sounding finnnnee....! The Supremes never rocked like this!

Yeah, she certainly was not afraid to break away from the Motown thing. She would go out there ROCK if she felt like it! LOL!

I wish she had ventured into healthy balanced of rock and ballads with a handful of Sups hits for her live performances.

I hear you. She almost got there with her live DVD "Live at The Sands".

This is great Marv. You can see why Neil Bogart was interested in Mary as like Donna she can sing AND perform rock, soul, pop with great charisma

She could do all of it convincingly. I appreciate the fact that Mary always changed up her show and add new songs, new types of songs. It never gets stale. She just brought "Stoned Love" back to her set list after it being missing for more than 20 years. Neil Bogart knew what he almost had! Peter Stringfellow of "Stringfellows" and "10s" wanted to create a recording label around Mary Wilson. The song "My Love Life Is A Disaster" was to be their first release.
