Thank you for that Heikki. I received my copy of Masterpieces a couple of weeks ago and have listened to it 4 times so far. Sadly i am finding it to be a crushing disappointment. I hate to criticise an Ace release but the song choices are for the most part uninspiring, and in some cases downright mediocre. It is by far the weakest in the series so far. I am not giving up on it yet. I intend to listen to it a couple more times before finally passing judgement, but so far i can give it no more than 5/10.

I also think that it's the weakest in this series, which has introduced many goodies.

I just wonder whether the well is beginning to run dry. There has to be a limit to the number of quality tunes out there. I am disappointed in myself for being so disappointed in this release. I gave it another spin this afternoon and it is still not sounding any better than the previous listens. I do believe this to be the first Kent release that has almost totally underwhelmed me. Such a pity.
