My 'One Shining Moment' with Miss Ross during Q&A in Toronto!

This was an ultimate supreme dream come true moment for me, having had the opportunity to talk to Miss Ross during the Q&A portion of her show in Toronto at the Sony Center on June 24th. She also graciously signed my vinyl copy of To Love Again. This moment means so much to me. Thank you for the love and music, Miss Ross!

Oh girl, no no no. This isn't going on eBay, ever. When someone gives you their autograph, it's a kind and gracious gesture. To turn around and sell it, in my opinion, is disrespectful.

Lol! Funny enough, it went into storage tonight because I'm gearing up to move soon. Maybe I'll start my own exhibit? Ha.

I don't have an answer, and wish I did, but my guess would be that it had to do with contractual obligations between record labels, scheduling conflicts, and perhaps just Diana's desire during the RCA years to be more experimental. I'm sure there was no sort of conspiracy involved.

Well. Since THAT blazer is in storage, perhaps someone less good looking yet of similar build could make use of it for a while? Just thinking, is all.

She wanted more of a pop direction which is also one of the reasons why she never did a full album with Luther. In hindsight i think she would have done things differently. She was often not the best judge of what was best for her career.
