    His, "The Breaks" was one of the first Rap records I bought in 1980. He is truly a pioneer of Rap/ Hip Hop. God Bless him and his family today.

    Hate to hear this. Christmas Rappin' is one of my all-time favorite classic hip hop songs. I couldn't stand it when it came out because talking on records seemed like something people with no talent did. Things change. Now I'm a big fan and I hope he makes a full recovery. Tired of hearing about my musical heroes dying too soon.
