    Love whenever Betty and Barbara get shoutouts. Good interview and Mary looks like she was having such a good time singing "Where", although she really needed her own band to tailor it to her voice.

    I think singing to a backing track from the original recording helps Mary remember the words to those really songs now. I like it.

    I remember her live version being very good...lots of tinkering piano and lite bass/drum arrangement and it worked better than most of the other HDH hits...in fact, You Keep Me Hangin' On and Come See About Me are the only other pre Reflections singles I like Mary singing.

    She also does a great job on My World is Empty. I also like the Constitutional Hall Love Child performance. Great Job!

    Mary uses songs like "Baby Love", "Stop In The Name Love" as audience participation numbers, so I don't think she takes singing them too seriously. Every now and then, she will throw in a surpise like this one:
