    Of the two versions, the 1960's shuffle-beat arrangement of Billy Eckstine's version works best for me. If Sammy Davis, Jr., could have a hit with "Candy Man", there's no reason Billy couldn't have hit big with this. The classic Motown Sound is stamped all over it. And it's catchy, for sure.
