Marry Me by Tom Clay on Chant label 103A

In Adam White's recent blog on The 8 of 58, Part 2, he speaks about a record entitled Marry Me by Tom Clay. It was on the Chant label 103A.

I have tried unsuccessfully to find out what this label looks like. I have never seen or heard of it.

Can anyone scan in a photo of this record if they happen to have it in their collection?

Thank you very much. I went into the www.seabear.se as well as Motown Junkies and believe it or not, neither had any indication of it. This is another reason Adam White's blogs are so worthwhile. I hope every read his most recent blog.
