    thanks for the link, I enjoyed it. I was just informed by someone in Calif. that Tina is having a new health problem that her body is rejecting the new kidney...hope this is not true.

    From reading the publicity re her new book, I gather that Tina's problem with the kidney happens periodically.

    I'm reading her new book now. I just started yesterday evening and today I'm already at the point where she has met her current husband. So it is rather fast-paced. Of course, some of the material is similar to her earlier book I, TINA, but it has still been a good read so far.

    Not really news. Tina has mentioned this in her book that her body is trying to reject the kidney but latest news from Tina is that slowly but surely she's getting better. So the new kidney is doing the business it needs to for at least another 5-10 years or how long we're blessed with Tina's presence on this hellish Earth.
