Does anyone know if this will be available in the USA? Universal Music Group is shown as the source. Shipping from the UK to the USA can get pricey.
It seems logical that it should be available here in the USA also. I would like to get one for a Christmas gift for a dear friend but as I said the shipping from the UK really jacks up the cost.

@woodward, I'm sure it will be. I don't find shipping from Amazon UK to be very high, however. I have bought a few things I couldn't find here. I think shipping is usually about $6, not too bad considering. Of course many other outlets could carry it as well, such as ImportCDs.

I recognize some of the names listed. Mandisa and Danny Gokey were AMERICAN IDOL contestants some years back. Tasha Cobbs Leonard just sang with Shirley Caesar at Aretha's funeral.

Mandisa's Christmas album is one of my favs of all time, and I'm usually not overly fond of Christmas music recorded in the new millennium. I wonder if her inclusion is new or something from her album.

Not sure. I'm assuming this is a compilation of previously released material as the blurb says "this 9-track album takes you on a sonic journey through the decades."
