Supremes and Bobby Darin

We know that the Supremes and Bobby Darin worked together in the 60's for the Rogers and Hart special; wondering your thoughts on how they might have worked again the the 70's when Darin was signed to Motown?

A duet single? A duet album?

The obvious suggestion would have been a duet together on "Melodie" since both acts recorded it.

i know he was signed to motown but what on earth was motown going to do for him, professionally??? and by the early 70s the sups were definitely not needing anything else "supper-clubish" so i think the combination would have been a disaster
