    Nice article.
To the best of my recollection, Betty's last name is spelled K-E-L-L-E-Y.

She is one of the nicest, most open people I've met from Motown. Great lady!

I met Betty at a Supremes convention in Los Angeles back in the 1990's. She was lovely, answering questions and chatting with everyone there. She was also at the one in New York City which was held at the, now defunct, Motown Cafe. I snapped a shot of her on the stage there teaching the restaurant "Vandellas" how a real Vandella works! A great lady, indeed. We exchange Christmas cards/letters and have talked on the
phone a couple of times. A super nice lady.

Attala is in Alabama. Pop. approx. 3,000. This article is from their local paper there. They are proud that Betty is from there.
