lol yeah the Hurt The One You Love Track is a rare one & i hope u enjoyed it & Statue Of A Fool wasnt on there because most songs were hand picked but if u stay tuned on my programs i'll be making a pt.2 in the near future

a question re. selection #45 - 'make my water boil' - I heard this for the first time literally only a couple of weeks ago, and was blown away by it - absolutely amazed that it wasn't released at the time. Talking of 'time', i'm interested that you list it as a 1977 recording, as the hip-o-select blurb for the Solo Collection set states that it was recorded around the time of Stevie's 'Where I'm Coming From' sessions, placing it around 1971. Can anyone confirm when this great track was actually recorded?

@theboyfromxtown yes i heard that song was a minor hit in the UK & was his last song ever! & @psychedelic jacquesit u may be correct i made a little boo boo on on track info that said it was from 1977 but i guess i was informed wrong so mabye when i do a pt.2 of my david ruffin show i'll play it again & correct it THANKS! :-) @topdiva1 oh yes i will thats a very popular song that he claimed he wrote but idk if thats true but for sure i'll feature it on my pt.2 in the near future
