Robert Taylor - Album Art Designer

Does anyone have information about Robert Taylor [[not Bobby Taylor)? Robert did the sketches and paintings used in the Supremes Greatest Hits package as well as the front cover for the Supremes Join Temptations album. Was he a Motown employee? Was he Detroit based? Also, did he do album cover art for other artists?

The theme from "The Twilight Zone" is playing in the background as I am typing this response. Just yesterday, I had pulled out my framed Greatest Hits pictures from my closet [[because I have nowhere appropriate to hang them) and marveled again at the classy artwork. I had set them beside my desk to show the pictures to a friend later on today. Lo, and behold, I read this morning that bradsupremes brings up the artist! You're right, Circa 1824, his work was awesome!
