    Stop it PNH !

In all seriousness [[I know, it's a new thing I'm trying ) I don't have any of Lou's '60s albums, only his Philadelphia International stuff and a few '80s ones. More to get into. [[I love reading the mini overviews on dustygroove though, they're great)

I got into Lou Rawls during his philly int period and then discovered his earlier stuff from the 60's and early 70's. A fine singer for sure, and this album is amongst his best of the early period. Looking forward to it, but for me Lou was at his best during those glorious Philly years which brought him to a whole new audience.
