Thanks Jobeterob. I am blown away with emotions running through my body as I listened and watched this fantastic clip. Of all the "moments" on the clip her renditions of "Home" and "My Man" are superb.

Wonderful. Ross does not need to growl - scream - roll around on the floor; she just hits the notes and keeps on going! The breath control is amazing.

Amazing vocals certainly, but a far cry from getting "everyone shook", LOL.

Some of these are very familiar - like My Man and Home.

But I had not seen all the clip of the Clinton Inauguration.

Neither had I. I would have included her Caesars ‘79 version of “God Bless the Child” [[“I’m talkin’ ‘bout the BABY!!!”) and “Ninety-Nine and a Half”. Great clips, though.

Diana is a great vocalist. Always has been. Her voice definitely was fit for ballads, she always sounded smooth as butter when she sang one.

Shook? Not I. For me Diana doesn't have one of those voices that "shakes" me. If I were doing a video I might title it "the times her voice gave me chills". She's done that on the regular. But this video does illustrate that Diana has a great range. Her voice is thin, so what? People clown that, thinking that it somehow makes her less of a singer. But some singers voices are more full than Diana's and they still wouldn't be able to pull off some of those notes Diana is hitting.

How cool! I can only hope she credited you. Of course Diana's vocals have had everybody shook for the better part of 50 years!
