    Super Rare Music Video Clips!

This is better than a flea market..hehehehe.... I'm finding all kinds of rare, great stuff lately I wanted to share. With last week being the anniversary of Dick Clark's American Bandstand going national, I found this very early and rare clip of Jimmy Jones doing "Handy Man" on Bandstand. Check it out:

On the Platters clip, that's not Zola Taylor. I think its actually Barbara Randolph.

The Billy Preston clip made me smile. Billy had a Marvin Gaye [[song), James Brown [[dance), Beatles [[hairstyle) type thing going on here. LOL!

Here are a few more great, rare memories. First up, The Dixie Cups performing "Iko,Iko" back when it was a new release:

Hey Lurch was my idol! He reminded me of this guy Sonny that lived up the street from us in those days. You didn't mess with Sonny. He was like our bodyguard. LOL!

Wow Jill, talk about big budget! Parts of it reminds me of Michael Jackson's "Black or White" video from years later.
