    Billy Preston

Hi, I've been listening to Billy Preston 'Late At Night' album and the 'Way I Am' loving both of them. Has anyone else listened to them lately and your thoughts.
Here's the title track Late At Night

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I believe Scherrie Payne performed back up vocals on this album.

Still, Billy Preston's greatest and most popular work was before he came to Motown.

I managed to download Billyís three solo Motown albums from an online MP3 website and although I havenít given them all a proper listen, I am loving "Pressin' On" especially!!!!

Unfortunately I am as yet unfamiliar with Billyís pre-Motown work, but I hope to get into it.

I love Billy's Motown albums who have been criminally ignored by Universal in the reissue deprtment unfortunately. Only the Billy Preston & Syreeta album came out on cd through soulmusic.com records but the sound quality isn't that great.
