Top 100 R&B songs by year

Billboard lists the top 100 songs in any given year. Are there any sites that list the top 100 R&B songs or the top Funk for each year? I'm especially interested in 1970 through 1980. I tried Billboard but they don't list the top 100 R&B by year, just the top ten for each year. It may be on there, but I can't find it.

I've never seen a funk chart, but the info you seek on Top Soul records of certain years is on the internet.
