    Bobby Taylor RIP.

I just got a message from someone who used to work at Motown records that Bobby Taylor has transitioned to the Heavenly mansion. He passed in Hong Kong after a battle with cancer. Hes now with the Lord and free from pain.

May he rest in peace. His legacy lives on through the music he has left us and future generations to discover and enjoy.

NO! this is such sad news. I'm just stunned. He was a hero of mine.
A huge thanks for Paul_Nixon in producing his anthology such great works. I hope sometime in the future more Bobby's works that maybe in the vaults get released, so we can carry on remembering him by. RIP Bobby.

I knew he had been sick for a while but it is still very very sad to hear this news. A very talented guy who has left us some great music to continue to enjoy. R.I.P Bobby.

So shocked and sad to hear the news yesterday, while I was DJing my set. I played "Malinda" in his memory.

I also noticed Brenda Evans thanked Bobby for getting her signed to Motown as part of the Undisputed Truth.

It took long enough. Maybe it's true that they are having problems.
