I second your vote on favorite horror film. The first time I ever saw this classic was at the Waverly Theater in Greenwich Village. They used to run it on weekends and the lines were deep to get into see the movie. I have not seen where his body will be put to rest, but I think it would be fitting and appropriate to bring it back to the cemetery in Evans City, PA which was featured in the beginning of the film.

    A great movie.
