This is a fabulous performance! This is also available on an official Hullabaloo DVD compilation. I've always loved the jazzed up versions they perform in this appearance, especially Baby Love. Listen to Flo's high notes at the very end...wow!

This was the first time I saw The Supremes on TV. I was in seventh heaven. I had just received the WDOLG album a couple of weeks prior for Christmas 1964.

I had not seen these performances since 1965 until I bought the DVDs when they were released in 2013.

Thanks for posting Methuselah. I wonder if you're referring to my question about the group performing "Where Did Our Love Go" after their Copa 65 appearance? I haven't seen any evidence that they did. It was the song that put them on the map. I would think it would have been the one consistency in the act.

I think is was RR79 but I didn't remember the 'after Copa '65' part. I saw The Supremes at the Latin Casino in April '65 and WDOLG was in the act but that was probably before their Copa show.
