Find the #1 Song On The Day You Were Born

If you were born before 1961, you won't find a Motown song as #1 on the day you were born.

    This is very interesting.

According to this link, it's "I Think I Love You" by The Partridge Family. Strange...I always thought Billboard's pop #1 at the time was "The Tears of a Clown." And way to make a guy feel elderly, TomatoTom!

According to that link, it was "That's The Way I Like It" by K.C. and the Sunshine Band. But that conflicts with a different "#1 on your birthday" site I've tried in the past, which said it was "Fly, Robin, Fly" by Silver Convention. Not sure which of those is the real #1 from Nov. 27, 1975. I need to check this out...

Mine is this: RUMORS ARE FLYING ~ Frankie Carle & his Orchestra [[1946). Not much like my taste. I hate to think of what was number 1 on The Canadian Pop charts back then.

Small world...that was the #1 song on the day I was born as well [[03/18/51) so that makes three of us.

According to Wikipedia, it held the top spot for an astounding eight weeks!
