Record price for Motown sheet music?!

I know Motown sheet music is very collectible, as is most pop/rock n roll sheet music from the 50's and 60's. I've had to "pay up" for a couple of my Supremes sheets in the past.
Did anyone else watch the Temptations "My Girl" sheet offered by tomstoptunes on Ebay? Holy moses....his Motown sheets always bring a premium price in my opinion, but $526 for this one seems crazy!
I guess I'll stick to cheaper sheets, lol!

That Temps songsheet was not that hard a few years ago. Marvelettes songsheets have always been expensive
