They're saying it's not a huge deal but I'm pretty sure the family of the young woman who was killed by Henry Ruggs' speeding wouldn't agree. There's a reason why speed limits aren't 103 MPH and although he's young, he needs to course correct away from using a car like it's an amusement park ride.
