It's been an unusual offseason, to be sure. There are going to be some decent budget signings made in the next few weeks. JaDaveon Clowney, Stephon Gilmore, Trey Flowers, and Julio are all out there, waiting to be signed. All have baggage or health concerns, but each can help the right team.
