I was already planning later this week to post birthday wishes to our girl, who turns 77 this Saturday, contrary to the age mentioned in the attached article. But while waiting to post that greeting, this news came to me today online.

Although the story makes it sound like she came through with flying colors, heart surgery of any kind is certainly serious and I hope she really does fully recover and is able to return to the stage.

Of course this article also further confuses an already-confusing situation about CDs that may or may not be in the works, as this now makes three that have been talked about over the last year or two. So maybe our friend Heikki or someone else can get the inside information on that.
