"Nightflight" Tue Dec 21, 9P-12M ET:"T'was the 'Nightflight' Before Christmas...

    Attachment 2073

" 'Twas the 'Nightflight' before Christmas
    and in the studio through
was heard sounds of holidays vintage
to bring joy and cheer to you.

    Santa Johnny, your host,
    has again worked quite hard
to find for you the unique,
    the uncommon and avant-garde.

Rare Pop, Soul and Rock songs...
    they always seem right.
    And remember that MOTOWN
    is the heart of "Nightflight".

This year, Santa Johnny's had helpers...
Joseph Monreal, Jim Bagley and John Burke.
And I thank them for helping
to make light of my work.

    So finally...let me exclaim
    before the show tonight...
    Merry Christmas to my listeners
and to ALL a good 'Nightflight'!"

See you on the RADIO....on WOMR 92.1 FM Provincetown/WFMR 91.3 FM Orleans and streaming live worldwide in digital stereo at www.womr.org

    Thanks...and Happy Holidays!

Wow! Very good, my creative friend. Looking forward to the Christmas show, and here in San Diego the weather outside is frightful. It's pouring buckets of rain, though not quite as bad as up the street in LA where they are having major flooding.
Staying warm and listening to some great Christmas tunes sounds perfect! "Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but Nighflight is so delightful, and since there's no place to go let it rain, let it rain, let it rain. . .burr. . .baby, it's cold outside!

Joseph, my friend! I guess we BOTH are having frightful weather. easier, though, for me than you....you Southern Californians are much more tender than we New Englanders!

Looking forward to the show. Hoping to hear the usual favorites like Margie Joseph's Christmas Gift and Shirley Ellis' Apocalyptic Christmas and maybe even a Petula tune if time permits.

It comes from an eight song collection titled "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" Dusty did as a member of The Springfields.

I'm doing fine, John. The antibiotic is working its' magic on this sinus infection after just three doses. I'll stay home from work one more day so I should be able to hear most of the show tonight. Thanks for your well wishes.

This bug hit me a few hours after I left the Cape on Saturday. But I'm glad I got out before the snow came. I hear you got about a foot. We got about an inch.

I'm loving all this Christmas music.

JimB, nice to meet another jeb. Hello Joseph/SophisticatedSoul.

A little off topic. I've been listening to Nightflight and watching Detroit 1-8-7. Multi-tasking. The closing song on the tv show was 'My Girl' in Italian by, of course, the Temptations. A very nice surprise.
