Motown01, we had the same situation only in the reverse in Michigan and Ohio. Do you recall if the local station was a PBS affiliate?

I don't think that the station was a PBS affiliate. There were many commercial breaks throughout the show.

Is it just me or has anyone else noiced Chairmen of the Board's dangling On A String slows down? It's like someone has his thumb on a turntable while a 45 single is playing.

I think it's you! But I have a track that I think that happens to on Cellarful of Motown [[Jr Walker) but I daren't mention it in case someone tells me it's ME!

You have my sympathies! My technique works but it takes time.....you have to find some really kind person who is clever and will do it for you.

There are a number of ways to convert VHS to DVD, the easiest probably would be to use a VHS-DVD recorder, and then rip the recording from the DVD to YouTube or another video sharing site.

I work at a video production company and have all of the necessary equipment to do this.

I ve got a copy on DVD at last. Not yet managed to watch it but I got one!

It's only taken me about 25 years but I got there in the end!
