There are lots of unreleased Chaka material in the Warners vaults. Chaka insists it is nothing to do with her and she would like the stuff to be out there. I guess it is just a matter of Warners leasing the masters to one of the reissue specialist Companies. Easier said than done I would imagine!
But I think the "new" duets material was way past WB-era, and in fact past the Burgundy era. Here's an old article I found quickly - from July '11:

There was the duets release plus she was slated to release three different cd's to commemorate her 40 years in the business either last year or the year before and that didn't happen. After seeing the line up for the duets project I wasn't as excited about its release but I would love to get a solid project from her. I really enjoyed "Funk This"
I would still love to see the Dare You To Love Me album released in full. OK, most of the tracks have been released, but there are a good few that remain unavailable - and the version of You And I Are One that was released on the A Song A Day compilation is different to the DYTLM version [[the unreleased version is 2 minutes longer from my recollection).
