    That's a step up from just opening up the street fire hydrants, like they used to do in Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, and New York, on extremely hot summer days (there are a LOT more of those, nowadays!).

    I still have my old[inflatable]pool from[1962]somewhere in my closet,unless my wife found it..she throws away everything-sigh!!
