In the current Ivy Jo Hunter thread, Keith Hughes mentioned that if the SDF crew pledged to buy, say, 100 copies of a reissue of "Ivy Jo is in This Bag" by Ivy Jo Hunter, he would do what he could to get it on Ace's schedule.

I'm good for 2 copies. I try to buy 2 copies of everything Ace releases on Motown [[as well as King/Federal).

Thanks for grounding [[in the sense of providing a firm basis for) this discussion by quoting me exactly, mysterysinger - my initial reaction to seeing this thread pop up was "Oh Lor', what have I done and what will Ace say to me when they find out?"

The project HAS been discussed several times at Ace, and even came up quite recently, and we are doing some tentative research into sources. Your "pledges" will help, and I'll make sure Ace know about them. Thanks to all.
