I've an idea that this request of yours is a real wind-up, Arr&bee.....but, to take it seriously...... our own pets will have a birth date registered, as will any famous animal which appears in the movies...but the film animals tend not to have their birth and death dates made available to the public. Many famous human film stars use different names, but Lassie was played by a male dog, and Mr Ed had a stand-in, if only for publicity photos.

Because of that, those animal film stars need to have a good agent. Why, only the other day, I was approached by a couple of wannabe film stars from 'da hood' and, I can tell you, they were a pair of real dogs....

Newsflash! The first dog [[male, called Pal) to play Lassie, in the film 'Lassie, Come Home' [[1943) is reported to have been born on June 4 1940. There are nine other dogs who have played Lassie, all with different birthdays.

As for Yip 'n Yap - the cheaper they are, the more expensive I become......

Yes, Zsa Zsa is still alive - although the last few years have been very hard for her. I can't confirm if she is aware she is still alive, or not. She is heading for her 100th birthday, this time next year.

On the subject of coming in for measurements, I'm sure Ms Moe would certainly do that at her leisure. Best not hold your breath, as she may not be holding hers. Her public may not be gobbling up this production just yet.....
