Yes and no. She sings live, but most [[if not all) of her whistle passages are pre-recorded. Then there's the autotune.

However, if you look at her Christmas concerts from NY this past year, she sang live and sounded remarkable. She performed impeccably a Christmas show at the Beacon Theatre, delivering some of her best vocals in years.
