The fade is extended and it has the same one-clap-before-band-comes-in as is on the stereo version on the WDOLG lp. The mix is a bit muddy to my ears.

There is also an alternate stereo mix of My Girl on that set that matches the single fade. And an alternate mix of Reach Out I'll Be There that matches the single mix [[No echo during the horse claps).
