    Trammps - Trusting Heart

Rare video of the Trammps performing "Trusting Heart". The song was recorded at Sigma Sound Studios in Philly, 1974.

Great song, as is Where Do We Go From Here, from the same period. Jimmy Ellis was an amazing singer.

I've had always in the same "range" the great Jimmy Ellis and the other great Joe Ligon. Two great gospel - soul "shouting" style singers. IMHO who says "Trammps is 'only disco" music" don't have ears [[and heart) to appreciate real SOUL.

All the tracks on the 1977 PIR album "Disco Champs" [[on wich appears also "Trusting Heart") are five stars up-tempo soul numbers.
