    Motown in the 1980s

Was there a memorable Motown album from this era that needs to be reissued or re-appreciated?

Motown in the 1980s was pretty much Rick James, Stevie Wonder, eBarge, Lionel Richie, etc. Was there anything else that tends to get overlooked?

I believe Jr Allstar was still around? Did he release anything in the '80s? Or Willie Hutch?

The Tops had some cool stuff on Motown in the 80s, especially "I Just Can't Walk Away." The two albums were Back Where I Belong and Magic.

Jr. Walker had an album called BLOW THE HOUSE DOWN. I think it was Raynoma Singleton production.

Do you mean The Last Dragon?

Vanity, though trashy, coke addicted and not much of a singer, put out a couple of fun albums on Motown in the 80's.

"Magic" was one of my favorites by the Four Tops with "Sexy Ways".
