Yes, jobeterob, this is that clip. I thought what Diana said was very heartfelt and was glad she mentioned that Gordy didn't really get enough credit in the music industry. His well-oiled machine produced so much incredible music that it looked too easy - and people don't always feel something is worth anything if it's too easy. There is also some footage from the opening of Motown The Musical [[after the BET footage) that is fun.

This moment was indelible for me. My eldest sister, who's always had a love-hate thing for Diana [[due to my absolute mania for Miss Ross from seven years old ), loved the acceptance speech. On Diana admonishing the new generation of performers about their conduct, my sister responded, "She's a queen." In the very best sense of the word, of course. I was floored!
