Atlanta doesn't have the depth to win close games. And Mariota is really not the guy if you need a quarterback to make big plays. The good news is that we'll finally see Desmond Ridder after the bye week.
And Tua seemed... off in the first three quarters. He got better in the fourth, but he seemed like his head was somewhere other than on the football field. At least Tyreek Hill had another strong game.
This wraps up the worst sports week that I can recall. Every team that I like [76ers, Nuggets, Ohio State hoops, North Carolina hoops, Falcons, Dolphins] came up short. I guess I need to focus on something other than sports.

Truth is, and as you have alluded to, we've been here before {or better} in recent years {give or take a few}and it has yet to work in our favor. So I only look from one game to the next. Something about getting older helps me do that these days. LOL

Yeah, that was an unexpected twist at the end of a pretty good movie. That's twice in two seasons that a pretty booty Jacksonville team has beaten somebody that should have run them out of the stadium. If they could bottle up that energy for every Sunday, they'd be a team to watch. But the Boyz will bounce back.
Ironically, if I hadn't had skin in the game I could have really appreciated the show but, oh well.
Hope we can bounce back Jerry Oz. I'll never walk away from my Boyz {Dallas 4 Life} but I swear this end of the year movie is getting REALLY old!:eek:
