Yes! The Temptations' "Just Another Lonely Night" is Paul Williams at his very best. Even though The Four Tops have a take of the song, The Tempts' version is my favorite.
I do love Paul Williams voice [["Feel Like Giving Up" is fantastic). But - for me - "Just Another Lonely Night" has to be The Fantastic Four's wonderful version.
This is my absolute favorite Paul Williams outing with the Tempts. I wish there was a live version.
I remember when we first heard it,we thought it was a classical song with that piano opening,but when paul started singing we felt the soul-paul forever!!
