The good news - it's a mint demo copy of Marv Johnson's "Come To Me" on UK London American.
The bad news - it has Vera Lynn on the other side and it's £60.

Vera Lynn is singing "Have I Told You".
But you could pay another £40 to get a demo of the proper b' side "Whisper"

I'm not sure if I've ever heard Vera Lynn before.

I rather doubt that you have, Marv. Vera Lynn was a 1940s and '50s British Pop singer. Almost NO Americans of your age have heard of her.
younger generation may know the name Vera Lynn..she is mentioned in a song on Pink Floyds 1980 "The Wall" album and there is a reference to her song "Auf Weiderseh'n" [[we'll meet again)
Vera Lynn was known as the forces' sweetheart.
At times you'd think she won the second world war single handed :)

I preferred her sister,
Vio Lynn.
At least she had another string to her bow.
and what a figure!;)
