I think the first MJL tv appearance was the Dick Cavett show in June of 72. supposedly they did Tossin and Turning and talked about working with Jimmy Webb and the upcoming lp. unfortunately supposedly no one has a video or the audio
That was a great clip. I love how they ended it with Mary Wilson singing them out.
Nice one; thanks for finding. Interesting to watch in retrospect as each iteration, though featuring talented singers, gets weaker and the style gets more 'flailin' & wailin'.
