Well...yes I did...and thank you for asking...your check will be in the mail..[[*smile)
OMG this AC songs brings back soo many dance floor memories! Thanks Johnny...
Thank you, Rona Barrett!
Robert Plant and Alison Krauss did a great version of Fortune Teller as well.
"From Head To Toe" written by Smokey, produced by Smokey and Warren Moore.
If I was a Carpenter
Not Karen but Richard
Would you laugh at me anyway
Would you make fun of my sister
I don't think the Four Tops version of "If I Were A Carpenter" is "better" then Darin's per se, but they made it their own and I like it best by the Tops, IMHO.
Since Jim Bagley mentions them... got any extended Carpenters??

Gosh, are you in Tops form! A man's REACH should always extend his remix.
wow sexy mama lovin it...
Carole....yes...AAMOF...I'll pop it on shortly for you...and Tony ...and Me......
Can I request Calling All Occupants WITHOUT the alien introduction?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.....well, let's see if you like what I have already extended....
i will be happy just to hear Karens voice
virgo here! lol
I wonder what signs the Andantes were...or are....
Gosh, you are in Tops form. A man's REACH should always extend his remix.
Excellent "No Matter What Sign You Are" mix, John. You bring out it's symphonic nature so well.
Wonder what signs Mary and Cindy wished they could show Berry when they were asked to lip-synch to so many backgrounds that they had not recorded.... just sayin.... a girl's allowed to wonder.
Miss Flo was a master of sign language, so some have said.
An extended Carpenters' show is long overdue!
I have Occupants on 45 without all the Alien intro. Wish Richard would open up the vault and give us all the original single mixes but he apparantly prefers to forever remix the back catalog.
That book that came out Little Girl Blue is an exceptional read, much more forthcoming than the heavily edited official Carpenters one Richard collaborated on in the early nineties....
Thank you for tbeautiful Karensong and goodness now the Impressions! Awesome Johnny!
Thanks for the Jerry Butler megamix John. Gorgeous. Margie Joseph does a nice version of Strange I Still Love You as well.
You know...since you've just played Heartless.......My ears are itching for and many could use some Shoe Leather Expressway
Plenty, theres a list floating around the web from the A&M tape files that would double their catalog! Richard has a clause in his contract that he gets final say over any Carpenters product released and he doesn't feel a lot of it is good enough to release, although fan pestering has gotten things like Rainbow Connection released. Would love a HQ version of Love Making Love To You from her solo sessions to come out but knowing how much Richard dislikes the project as a whole we'll never get it.
Maybe we can convince Andy at least to find us some unreleased or alternate Captain & Tennille instead. I hear he's a fan. Universal has not done much with their catalog over the years in the states beyond the Song Of Joy LP on Hip-o.
