A soul song that I cannot find

I have a 80's/90's soul song that I cannot find because I don't know who is the artist and the song tittle. I only can remember the melody of the song and some chords. I made a video on Youtube playing with my guitar a fragment of the song and singing not the lyrics, I sing the melody with my natural voice [[The real one is made in falsette. The singer voice has a simililar voice to Gregory Abbott, Al Green, etc.). Please, listen to the song I played in the video and try to help me telling me the artist and the song tittle. Thanks!
