Yes indeed, Stevie Wonder's "Golden Lady" is a fantastic song [and would've done well as a single]. And seeing how many artists have covered the song, it's truly a favorite.
I absolutely love Jose's version of this and I'm a little surprised nobody has taken up the mantle of releasing his Motown catalogue - I think it could sell quite well as he has his own band of fans plus the Motown ones.Quote:

It seems like Stevie is going out of his way to be almost monotone, intentional voice control, not running his voice all over the place. It creates an element of calmness to this piece. Jazzy smooth.

The Jose Feliciano Motown albums are available as mp3 downloads through Amazon. As much as I would like a physical release, I downloaded them. The music was wonderful on them.Quote:
