What a surprise to find on this episode of the old tv show, "Police Story", Smokey Robinson playing new police recruit. The episode is titled, "They Wyatt Earp Syndrome" from 1974. Smokey does a good job. Pics aren't the best quality- taken with my phone.

I remember this being advertised in JET magazine but I never saw the actual program.
He was great in Police Story too!
Yes I thought he held his own amongst the other actors on the show. Some people who aren't actors make the mistake of overacting but Smokey was very natural.Quote:
