Any other songs standout for hearing Flo or Mary specifically? Certainly Flo on Let Me Go the Right Way. I like this version a lot though nothing can compare to the Tops version. I forget --was this on A go go?
You guys really are bringing up some songs/records I have not heard in many,many years! The Supremes version of this Four Tops master classic is just a bit too fast pace and loses the feeling and meaning of the song to me. Yes I heard Florence Ballard clearly on this one. It is an alright effort but is at it's best at the very end when Diane starts to ad lib. I actually hear all three of them clearly.
