Posting Images from Your Computer Option has been restored - Here's how

As announced above, posting of allowed* images from your computer has been re-enabled. Since I had to explain how to do this for a friend I created the following how-to illustration.

This is explicitly detailed at registration and in our FAQ.

"7-Pictures, text or any content that you post must be your property or permitted for posting by the contents' owners or fall under fair use acceptability. If you post content belonging to a permitted outside source, it must be credited to the owners by name and link, if one exists. Posts using non-permitted content may be removed without notice or explanation upon discovery.

It worked fine for me. I posted a Billboard Ad.

One of my photo's did work. YAY!
Another did not, no matter what size I tried. Oh well, puzzling.
Found another one that did work. :)
